For now, reward points can be used to redeem discount codes. You can get $1 off for every 100 points. For example, if you have 2,400 points, you redeem it to a $24 off discount code. In the future we will launch products that are exclusive to redeem using reward points, so stay tuned!

You can track your membership status by signing in your account, and then clicking the "Reward" icon on the bottom right corner. 

Absolutely! All purchases will be tracked automatically, and VIP tiers will be updated automatically as well.

Your previous purchases will count towards your VIP status! For example, if you have spent $400 with us before the reward program launched, we will manually update your status to Twinkler as soon as we launch the program. You will receive all perks and benefits of being a Twinkler member. 

Unfortunately though, because of technical difficulty, the reward points system doesn't trace back, so we are unable to credit points based on previous spend. Instead, we will give everybody a 500 points bonus points as soon as they sign up. 

The VIP status will be valid for 1 calendar year, so the VIP tier will reset on Jan.1 each year.

No! Reward points will never expire. 

As of now, you will have to create an account for each of the affiliated sites. That means that you will have to go through the registration process for each of the affiliated sites.

Yes! As long as you earn an elite status in any one of our affiliated sites, you will automatically receive the same status all sites as well. Just make sure you  are using the same email address for all sites when placing orders. For example, if you've spent $550 on nanilonails.com and $50 on popsiclenail.com, you will reach Gleamer status for both sites and vice versa.
